These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services and applications provided by Omnifleet. Our platform enables fleet tracking and vehicle management via our website and mobile apps. By using our services you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Eligibility and Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to bind yourself contractually. Registration requires accurate, current, and complete information and secure management of your credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your login.

3. Communication and Messaging Consent

By providing a phone number, you consent to receive automated and manual text messages (SMS/MMS) for verification, alerts, and updates. Message rates depend on your carrier plan. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for support assistance.

4. Use of Services

Permitted uses include fleet tracking, driver monitoring, maintenance scheduling, and analytics. You may not exploit, tamper with, or use our Services for fraudulent or unauthorized commercial purposes.

5. Subscription and Billing

Services require paid subscriptions with automatic renewal. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

6. Promotions, Rewards & Referrals

We offer occasional discounts and referral bonuses, and reserve the right to modify or terminate these programs based on policy violations.

7. Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be suspended for breaches of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or regulatory requests. You can request account closure via our support email.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your mobile number is collected and stored only with your consent. SMS data is not shared for third-party marketing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content constitutes Omnifleet intellectual property and may not be reproduced without authorization.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Wyoming.

12. Changes to Terms

Material updates will trigger email or in-app notification.
